如果硬要說，大概就是回診跟去醫院做一些身體檢查，醫生會給我新一年的規劃（連續處方箋跟回診單）😂
在那之前，我想好2025第一餐要吃什麼了
吃燕麥（乾吃燕麥）配黑咖啡
這樣應該可以有50%的成功先到手
